2. Orders and contract formation

An order placed through the shop is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after successful payment. We may decline or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, when a price or description contained an obvious error, or when we cannot ship to your address — in that case any payment taken is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe (card) or PayPal — we never see or store your full card details. Some low-cost components are sold in packs (minimum order quantities); the pack size and pack price are shown on the product page.

4. Delivery

Delivery times, couriers, and costs are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal (14-day returns)

As an EU consumer you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. See Shipping & Returns for how to exercise this right and its exceptions.

6. Warranty

All products carry the statutory two-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us at info@warning-machines.com and we will repair, replace, or refund it as the law requires.

7. Intended use of components

Electronic components and development boards are sold for prototyping, education, and product development. They are not certified for use in safety-critical systems (medical, automotive, aviation) unless a product page explicitly states otherwise. You are responsible for verifying that a component suits your application.

8. Website content

Content on this site (text, images, designs) belongs to Warning LTD or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Product specifications are provided in good faith; manufacturers may revise components without notice.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. EU consumers keep the protection of mandatory rules of their home country and may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time you place an order applies to that order.
