Shipping & Returns

1. Where we ship

We ship across Europe — EU member states, the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and the Western Balkans. If your country isn't selectable at checkout, we can't ship there yet.

2. Couriers and costs

Orders are dispatched from Sofia, Bulgaria. You'll receive an order confirmation by email when payment completes; we'll contact you if anything delays dispatch.

3. 14-day right of return

As an EU consumer you may return any product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To start a return, email info@warning-machines.com with your order number. Goods should be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. We refund the full product price (including our standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the goods back; the cost of return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or not as described.

Exceptions: items custom-made or modified to your specification, and sealed items that were unsealed after delivery where hygiene or safety is a factor, cannot be returned unless faulty.

4. Faulty or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, dead-on-arrival, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@warning-machines.com within a few days of delivery with photos where possible. We'll cover the return shipping and repair, replace, or refund — your choice where the law allows. All products carry the statutory two-year EU guarantee of conformity.

5. Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method (card via Stripe, or PayPal). Allow a few working days after we process the refund for it to appear on your statement.
