Manufacturing

From prototypes to production runs — 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, welding, and sheet metal work, all under one roof.

Manufacturing services

We take your design files and turn them into real parts. Whether you need a single prototype or a short production run, we cover the full range of manufacturing processes in-house — from 3D printing and CNC machining to laser cutting, welding, bending, and lathe work.

Services:

Six manufacturing processes, one team. Send us your files and we handle the rest.

3D Printing

FDM and resin printing for rapid prototypes, functional parts, and low-volume production. We print in PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU, and resin.

  • Complex geometries with no tooling cost
  • Functional prototypes in 24–48 h
  • PLA · PETG · ASA · TPU · Resin
  • Layer heights from 0.1 mm (Fine) to 0.3 mm (Draft)
  • Up to 300 × 300 × 400 mm build volume

3-Axis CNC Machining

Precision subtractive machining for metal and plastic parts. Upload a STEP file and we quote directly from the model.

  • Materials: Aluminium · Stainless Steel · Steel Alloy · Copper Alloy · Plastic
  • Tolerance: ISO 2768 medium · ±0.10 mm · ±0.05 mm
  • Surface roughness: Ra3.2 · Ra1.6
  • Surface finish options available
  • Threads & sub-assembly on request

Laser Cutting — Sheet Metal

Fast and accurate cutting of flat sheet metal and non-metal sheet materials.

  • Mild Steel · Stainless Steel · Aluminium
  • Acrylic · Brass
  • Sheet thickness 1 – 10 mm
  • DXF, SVG, or STEP files accepted
  • Clean edges, tight tolerances on cut profiles

Welding

MIG and TIG welding for steel and aluminium assemblies.

  • MIG welding (steel, structural)
  • TIG welding (aluminium, stainless)
  • Weld inspections and grinding
  • Post-weld heat treatment on request
  • Assembly welding from flat-pack parts

Sheet Metal Bending

Press-brake bending for accurate formed sheet metal parts.

  • Bend radii from 0.5 × material thickness
  • Steel, aluminium, stainless steel
  • Complex multi-bend profiles
  • Works with laser-cut blanks
  • Flat-pattern DXF or STEP accepted

Lathe Work

CNC turning for round and symmetric parts — shafts, bushings, fittings, and custom fasteners.

  • CNC turning up to Ø150 mm
  • Steel, aluminium, brass, stainless
  • Threading (metric & imperial)
  • Knurling, grooving, boring
  • Combined turning + milling (live tooling)

Injection Moulding

High-volume plastic part production via injection moulding.

  • Tooling design and first-article approval
  • ABS · PC · PP · Nylon · TPE and more
  • Short runs and mass production
  • Surface textures, colours, and overmoulding
  • Managed through verified Chinese factories

Product Assembly

Full product assembly from sub-components to finished goods.

  • PCB assembly (PCBA) — SMT and through-hole
  • Mechanical sub-assembly and final assembly
  • Cable harnesses and connectors
  • Functional testing and quality inspection
  • Box-build and retail-ready packaging

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials can you 3D print in?

We print FDM in PLA, PETG, ASA, and TPU, plus resin printing for fine-detail parts. Functional prototypes are typically ready in 24–48 hours.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One. We specialise in single prototypes and short runs — from one part to a few hundred pieces.

What file formats do you need for manufacturing?

Send us a STEP, STL, DXF, or SVG file. We can also work from native Fusion 360 or Blender files. For CNC and laser cutting, STEP or DXF is preferred.

What tolerances can you achieve with CNC machining?

We hold ISO 2768 medium as standard, with tighter tolerances (±0.10 mm and ±0.05 mm) available for critical features.

Can you handle the full process from design to manufactured part?

Yes. We offer industrial design, CAD, and manufacturing under one roof. You can provide a rough concept and we can take it all the way to finished parts.
